OK, for those of you who still don’t know, Isildur1 was the main story end of last year. Playing on the FT nosebleed cash games he made loads of cash and than lost it all mostly to South, Hastings and Townsend. He got lost, then came back with vengeance and is currently still in. Or at least we hope he is... Most recently, he dumped another 2 million to Hastings and is nowhere to be seen in the past week. Anyways, the Isildur1 persona still grabs our attention. The last news on the guy is that he has been invited to play the Party Poker cash game at Mayfair. Tony G, Luke Schwartz, Phil Laak and Jenifer Tilly are just some of the names who confirmed attendance. Ah, yeah, I forgot to mention, another BIG thing about Isildur is that no one knows who he is. Bit tough to get unnoticed when playing a televised cash game don’t you think? Well, apparently that’s not a problem. At least not for the team behind the event. If he confirms, Tony G offered to stake him btw, Isildur will be allowed to wear a mask! Come again?!? Nope, its not a joke, i swear. Now, what I recommend is this: put a mask on all the players! Great for TV. Make Laak wear a mask of Stu Ungar, Tony G can do Johnny Chan, Tilly wears a mask of Scotty Nguyen... I leave the rest to you. Now how is that for a televised cash game???
